All chandeliers, lighting products, and accessories sold by Zopyros are subject to availability.

Product images on our website/social media are for illustration; actual colors, sizes, and finishes may slightly vary.

Zopyros reserves the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

Zopyros is not responsible for additional charges like customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees. 

Shipping & Delivery   

Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within [15 days] of purchase if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Custom or made-to-order chandeliers are non-refundable.

Shipping fees for returns will be the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Warranty

Zopyros products come with a (2 years] limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Zopyros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional; Zopyros is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation.

Intellectual Property

All designs, content, images, and branding under Zopyros are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, or use our brand content without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Indian laws.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panipat.
